This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is between Message Molly (the "Data Processor") and the Customer (the "Data Controller"). It governs the processing of personal data in connection with the services provided by Message Molly.

2. Processing Details

The processing includes:

• Voice message processing
• CRM data integration
• Data storage and management
• Customer support services

3. Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

• Encryption of personal data
• Regular security assessments
• Access controls and authentication
• Employee training and confidentiality agreements

4. Data Subject Rights

We will assist the Data Controller in responding to requests from Data Subjects exercising their rights under applicable data protection laws.
